For 2008 we hosted cycling training camps and trips throughout the world. Starting in February we trained in Solvang, California for our “Spring Race Preparation” camp, we will visit Marostica, Italy for our First Class leisure riding vacation and Carefree, Arizona, for our “Thanksgiving Winter Preparation Camp.” Newly added to 2009 (along with the Solvang camp, February 20 to March 1, 2009) is a winter cycling trip to Maui, Hawaii in January, the 12th to the 17th. There is no better place to escape the cold and snow than Hawaii, and Maui offers the gradual slopes of Mt. Haleakala and the famous “West Maui Loop.” Take advantage of this fantastic trip and take a break from winter!

Also available are “Private Custom Camps” which offer one on one time with Michael where you can customize the camp. You can chose what area of cycling you want to work on or, you can simply sign up and as you ride with Michael, the areas that you want to work on can be tailored to meet whatever areas you decide you want to work on.

We also offer “Fun In The Sun” outdoor fitness conditioning classes for anyone who is looking for a fun way to improve their fitness level. Nanci as an “AFAA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer” conducts these classes beginning in the spring and these run through the summer and into fall.
